Aaron Evans – Owner
Born and raised in Aberdeenshire, Aaron brings a wealth of experience from his time working in luxury hotels across Scotland. His vision for The View Café is to combine world-class hospitality with the warmth and charm of the Aviemore community. Aaron’s commitment to quality and his attention to detail set the tone for everything we do.
Aaron Brunton – Head Chef
Aaron Brunton leads our kitchen with expertise honed in some of the UK’s best restaurants and abroad. His creativity and love for fresh, local ingredients shine through in every dish. From comforting classics to inventive specials, Aaron’s menu is a celebration of flavor and craftsmanship.
Julie - Baker
Originally from Australia, our Baker has called Aviemore home for over 20 years. Having previously worked in this very building, they bring not only incredible baking skills but also a deep connection to the local community. Their breads, pastries, and desserts are made with care and a touch of nostalgia, making them the perfect complement to our menu.
